Refund & Return Policy

At Nehal, the goal is to ensure that every piece of jewelry received meets the highest standards of quality and beauty. To maintain a relationship of trust and transparency with every customer, the following guidelines govern all returns and refunds.

1. 3-DAY CHECK WARRANTY

A 3-day check warranty is provided for all jewelry collections including earrings, rings, pendants, chains and bracelets. This period begins from the date of delivery as recorded by our courier partner. It allows for a thorough inspection of the product, packaging and overall quality.

2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return or exchange the following conditions must be met:

  • Condition: The item must be unused and in the same condition as received

  • Packaging: The jewelry must be in its original branded box with all tags intact

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt must be provided

3. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

  • In the rare event that a damaged or incorrect item is delivered notification must be sent within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Requirement: Clear photographic or video proof of the damage or incorrect item must be sent to nehaljewelry@gmail.com

  • Resolution: Upon verification a replacement will be dispatched at no additional cost or a full refund will be processed

4. EXCHANGES AND CHANGE OF MIND

Exchanges are welcomed if a different design or style is preferred. However in cases where an exchange or return is requested without any fault on the part of Nehal such as a change of mind or incorrect item ordered by the customer.

  • Delivery Charges: The customer will bear the cost of return shipping as well as delivery charges for the new exchange item

  • Process: The exchange will be processed once the original item is received and inspected

5. REFUND PROCESS

Refunds are processed promptly once the returned item passes quality inspection.

  • Cash on Delivery Orders: For orders paid via COD refunds are issued via Bank Transfer, JazzCash or Easypaisa. Customers will be required to provide valid account details for the transfer

  • Digital Payments: For orders paid via digital wallets the refund will be credited back to the original source

  • Timeline: Please allow 7 to 14 days for the refund to reflect in the chosen account after the return is approved

6. NON RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are generally not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Items purchased during sale or clearance events

  • Items that have been worn or used

  • Items returned without original packaging

  • Return requests made after the 3-day warranty period
