Shipping & Delivery Policy

The goal at Nehal is to ensure that every jewelry piece reaches its destination safely, beautifully packaged and promptly. To provide a reliable experience the following shipping and delivery standards are maintained for all orders within Pakistan.

1. ORDER PROCESSING TIME

Once an order is placed a processing window of 1 to 2 business days is required for quality inspection and secure packaging in our signature Nehal branded boxes. Orders placed on Sundays or National Holidays will be processed on the following working day. Notification will be sent via WhatsApp once the package is handed over to our courier partner.

2. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times vary based on destination:

  • Major Cities Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi: Delivery is typically completed within 3 to 5 business days after dispatch

  • Rest of Pakistan: For other cities and rural regions delivery may take 5 to 7 business days

Note: During peak seasons such as Eid, wedding season or sale events slight delays may occur. We appreciate your patience and understanding.

3. SHIPPING COSTS

Flat Rate: A standard shipping fee of Rs. 200 applies to all orders nationwide

  • Free Shipping: Complimentary shipping is provided on all orders exceeding Rs. 3000

  • Calculated at Checkout: Total shipping costs will be clearly communicated before final order confirmation via WhatsApp

4. CASH ON DELIVERY COD POLICY

For orders utilizing the Cash on Delivery method a standard industry rule applies across Pakistan:

  • Payment First: The courier representative is required to collect the full invoice amount before the parcel is handed over or opened

  • Inspection: In accordance with courier company policies open parcel delivery is not permitted. If there are any concerns regarding the contents after payment the Refund and Return Policy should be followed for a formal resolution

5. ORDER TRACKING

Transparency is maintained throughout the journey of every Nehal parcel:

  • Tracking ID: Once the order is dispatched a unique Tracking ID will be sent via WhatsApp and SMS

  • Live Tracking: This ID can be used on the courier partner website to monitor the real time status of the delivery

6. NON DELIVERY AND RE SHIPPING

Courier partners typically make two attempts to deliver a parcel. If the customer is unavailable or the contact number is unreachable the parcel will be returned to the Nehal warehouse.

  • Re Shipping: In such cases any additional shipping charges for a second delivery attempt will be the responsibility of the customer

  • Important: Please ensure your contact number and delivery address are accurate at the time of placing your order to avoid any inconvenience
