Terms of Service

Access to and use of this website are governed by the following Terms of Service. By placing an order or browsing the Nehal jewelry collection agreement to these terms is implied.

1. GOVERNING LAW

All operations, transactions and disputes related to Nehal are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Wah Cantt.

2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

  • Currency: All prices listed are in Pakistani Rupees PKR

  • Payment Methods: Transactions are facilitated through Cash on Delivery COD and secure digital wallets including JazzCash, Easypaisa and Bank Transfer

  • Adjustments: Prices for jewelry collections are subject to change without prior notice. However once an order is confirmed the price at the time of purchase will be honored

3. ORDER ACCEPTANCE AND CANCELLATION

Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute a legal acceptance of an order. Nehal reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:

  • Stock Availability: In the event an item such as earrings, rings, pendants, chains or bracelets is out of stock

  • Pricing Errors: If a technical error results in an incorrect price listing

  • Verification: If the shipping address or contact details provided cannot be verified

In cases where payment has already been processed for a cancelled order a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

4. PRODUCT REPRESENTATION

Every effort is made to display the colors, designs and details of our jewelry collections as accurately as possible. However due to variations in digital screens and photography lighting slight differences between the screen image and the physical product may occur. The quality and finish of every Nehal piece remain our highest priority and standard.

5. PROHIBITED USE

The Nehal website and all associated platforms must be used ethically and legally. Prohibited activities include:

  • Content Theft: Unauthorized use of Nehal photography, logo or brand copy

  • System Interference: Any attempt to compromise the security of our website or storefront

  • Fraudulent Activity: Providing false information or attempting unauthorized transactions

Violation of these terms may result in the immediate termination of access to our website and services.

6. MODIFICATIONS TO SERVICE

The right to modify or discontinue any part of the Nehal service or any specific jewelry category is reserved at any time. Updates to these Terms of Service will be posted directly on this page and will be effective immediately upon posting.
